The SOM® 62 Ophthal Advanced is the fully motorised leading solution for all types of eye surgery, from cataract to retinal surgery. The apochromatic motorised 1:6 zoom (3.7 - 22.8x) allows for seamless magnification changes during procedures. The swivel binocular tube (0-210°) offers maximum ergonomic flexibility even during lengthy operations.

All motorised functions, such as zoom, focus, XY coupling and light intensity, are operated via the multifunctional foot control. The proven 15V/150W coaxial cold light illumination with retina protection filter ensures optimal visualisation with maximum patient protection. The integrated video system "Vision" can optionally be added.
